About Dubai Museum

The museum is located in the Al Fahidi Fort, which protected the city from bandits until the 18th century. In 1995, following extensive restoration, it became the Dubai museum. The exhibits here paint a fascinating picture of the life of the people of Dubai.You can see their traditional dwellings and how they cultivated their land
The museum’s colorful life size dioramas vividly depict everyday life in the days before the discovery of oil. The museum also has a remarkable display of artifacts that date back to the third millennium B.C.
